PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to serve the petitioner a report of survey conducted by the 2nd respondent on 05.01.2021 by expressing the boundaries, sketch, nature and extent of encroachments if any in the petitioner property situated at Virahanoor Village, Madurai District in S.No. 120/4A, 120/4B considering the petitioner's application and representation dated 02.11.2020 by following the guidelines issued by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 13465 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to serve the petitioner a report of survey conducted by the 2nd respondent on 05.01.2021 by expressing the boundaries, sketch, nature and extent of encroachments if any in the petitioner property situated at Virahanoor Village, Madurai District in S.No. 120/4A, 120/4B considering the petitioner's application and representation dated 02.11.2020 by following the guidelines issued by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 13465 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing an undated survey report has been produced.
