ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.387 of 2024 dated 1/4

26.11.2024 and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.387 of 2024 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of six months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.387 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
