This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.239 of 2016 and conclude the same and file the final report before the concerned Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 27.09.2016 and the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
