ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of insurance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue patta to the petitioner based on the settlement deed and sale deed forming part of the title deeds of the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.The petitioner has made an online application on 28.11.2024 enclosing the patta that also stands in the name of the predecessor in interest of the petitioner and therefore, there is no impediment for the respondents 1& 2 for transfer of patta based on the petitioner's application.

5. Considering the fact that an application has been kept pending from 28.11.2024, the respondents shall pass orders on the petitioner's application for transfer of patta from the predecessor name to the petitioner's name within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
