: Respondents/Complainants Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner on 1.3.2015 within a reasonable time and pass such further or other orders as this Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner on 01.03.2015 within a reasonable time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent as early as on 01.03.2015, but, however, the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent police has conducted an enquiry and after completion of enquiry, the petition was closed on 22.07.2015 and the Superintendent of Police has also conducted an enquiry and thereafter, the petition was closed on 01.08.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
