ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 451, 294(b) & 506(i) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 14.12.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22142 of 2018 with a condition that each of the petitioners should pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund. He would further submit that the said amount was paid on 10.01.2019. However, the petitioners are not in a position to produce surety within a time.

Hence, the petitioners filed this second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ anticipatory bail petition.

3.In view of the above, the anticipatory bail already granted is extended for a further period of two weeks. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22142 of 2018, are unaltered.
