Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner originally filed an application seeking anticipatory bail. On account of his arrest during the pendency of this application, the anticipatory bail application is treated as a bail application and both sides were heard.

2.The bail application has to be considered in respect of the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.381of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

3.The accused and the defacto complainant are said to be neighbours. There seems to be a dispute with regard to formation of the road.

4.Considering the above stated circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
