COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to restructure the loan availed by him. It has been consistently held that writ court will not be justified in issuing such directions. However, notice was issued to ascertain the stand of the respondents.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner's request has already been negatived. The learned standing counsel shall serve one more copy of the same to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, so that, the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
