ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, securing the first accused namely, G.Sivaperumal, S/o.Gurusamy Rettiyar (late) in Crime No.01 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police and produce before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar in C.C.No.56/2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent filed an affidavit before this Court. In Paragraph No.5 of the aforesaid affidavit, the third respondent undertakes that he will appear before the Trial Court on the next hearing i.e., on 25.06.2018 and he will not abscond or drag on the trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this criminal original petition may be disposed of by recording

the undertaking given by the third respondent. 4.Recording the undertaking affidavit filed by the third respondent, this criminal original petition is dismissed. If the third respondent fails to appear before the Trial Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar District, is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
