2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.280 of 2007, on the file of the second respondent has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.98 of 2011, by the learned Mahila Court, Nagercoil.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
