O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection for surveying the property under Survey No.156/1 and 156/7 measuring 1 acre and 6 cents at Mallapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District along with the Surveyor and to fence the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent police on 09.07.2015.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition against the respondents 2 and 3 is dismissed as not pressed.
