Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the fourth petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 27.01.2017 and other petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 18.01.2017.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
