For Petitioner : Mr.M.Jothi Basu For Respondents : Mr.H.Arumugam, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER The petitioners, working as an Assistant Salesman and Supervisor in a TASMAC shop, have been placed under suspension by order dated 21.07.2025. Challenging the same, the present writ petitions have been filed.

2. Today, when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for TASMAC, submits that the order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioners have been reinstated in service.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC, these writ petitions are closed as no further orders are required. In the event, if the petitioners have not been 3/5

provided with any subsistence allowance during the suspension period, the respondents are directed to provide the subsistence allowance as eligible. No costs.
