ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SUNDAR SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 622 days in re-presenting C.R.P.(MD)No.SR47042 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. This petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.3000/-.
