2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is being enquired into preliminarily by the respondent police.
3. On going through the entire petition, this Court finds that no case as such has been registered and hence, the petitioner has come before this Court one step too early.
4. This Court finds for the present that this petition is premature and accordingly it is dismissed.
