ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to return back the petitioners vehicle bearing Registration No.KL-60-E-6222 seizd in connection with crime No. 258 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2025 forthwith.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is seeking to return back the vehicle. But, it is seen confiscation proceedings is initiated.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
