ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 3 to 5 for making necessary survey and Measurements on the petitioners property bearing new Survey No.1948B/2A and Patta No.12179 situated at Perunkudi Part -II Village, Kavalkinaru Panchayat, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2025.

2. It is submitted that the land is in the name of the petitioner and Patta was also stands in the name of the petitioner. Now the petitioner is seeking to survey the land.

Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner' s representation dated 22.11.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claimants, the respondents shall issue notice to the rival claimant and thereafter consider the issue.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
