ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- There are totally 27 accused, out of whom, the petitioner herein is the sixth accused in Crime No.957 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and was arrested on 01.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 307 of I.P.C. and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.08.2015, the first accused and six other accused persons quarrelled with the defacto complainant and when the petitioner and five other accused caught hold of the victim, the first accused stabbed the defacto complainant with knife and ran away from the scene of occurrence.

3.The act of causing injury is alleged not as against this petitioner. It is alleged that this petitioner is falsely implicated. 4.Considering the above stated circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. sd/- 26/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
