ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate steps for the issuance of Look Out Circular (LOC) as against the third respondent in connection with the investigation pending in Crime No.47 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent police, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.11.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

W.P.(MD)No.1904 of 2020 submit that the first respondent has sent a letter dated 18.02.2020, in C.No.IS/A10/623/2020, to the Assistant Director/Immigration, Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, East Block-8, Level-4, Sector-1, R.K.Puram, Newl Delhi, to maintain the Look Out Circular pending against the third respondent in connection with Crime No.47 of 2019, registered by the second respondent police.

4.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
