Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH KUMAR.K, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1318 of 2022 petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.5910 of 2021 dated 26.04.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5910 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
