ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, (i.e., 01.03.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against the petitioner and thereafter, the same was ordered to closed as no further action is necessary.
