ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to mutate the pathway in the revenue records and give the separate subdivision to the pathway situated in Survey No.237 at Palayam Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a time frame.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2/4

respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
