ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused 1 and 2 in Crime No.

337 of 2015, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294-B, 506(i) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the case of the prosecution, when the petitioners herein tried to fix the stones in the disputed property, the defacto complainant came there and questioned the same, and at that point of time, the petitioners are stated to have caused damage to the car to the value of Rs.2,000/-.

3.From the submissions made it is clear that already two suits are pending, one filed by the defacto complainant and the other filed by the accused. It is alleged that this complaint is a counter-blast to the earlier suit filed before the Courts.

4.Considering the stated circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the order stands suspended.
