2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. The daughter is aged about 19 years. She is said to have eloped with the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that this is the third instance.

4. We are satisfied that the petitioner's daughter has already attained majority. She can choose her life on her own. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
