Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner is figuring as an accused in P.R.C.No.42 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. The petitioner is said to have absconded.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner has been working as a construction worker abroad. He pleads economic difficulties.

4.Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Committal Magistrate on 23.02.2022 and apply for recall of warrant. The Committal Magistrate shall dispose of the petitioner's recall petition on the same day of surrender. Till then, the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance.
