ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 10.02.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in I.A.No.443 of 2022 in O.S.No.200 of 2010 on or before 30.04.2025 and this Court, vide orders, dated 11.06.2025 and 26.11.2025, had granted extension of time.

3.The Court below has now again submitted a letter in D.No.46/2025, dated 19.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further one month time to comply with the order, dated 26.11.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one month time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 26.11.2025. 30.01.2026 cmr To The I Additional District Judge, Madurai.
