PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 12.12.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Seeking to take necessary action against the 4th respondent, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 12.12.2025. 2/5
Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the representation, already explanation was called for and the same was submitted to the third respondent.
5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed, as no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. No costs. 22.01.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No RR 3/5
