ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondents herein to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.1,50,000/- incurred by the petitioner's son for taking medical treatment at Apollo Spectra Hospital in Bengaluru, Karnataka on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2022 and for other reliefs.

2. The petitioner is seeking to settle the medical reimbursement bill as per the scheme. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner should approach the Insurance Company first, then only he can approach the official respondents.
3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is directed to submit a detailed representation to the Insurance Company and the Insurance Company shall pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
