This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction the respondent police to complete the investigations in expeditious manner and to file final report in Crime No.356 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police within the time limit.

Side) that the matter stands referred as 'mistake of fact' and R.C.S. notice has been served on the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move by way of protest petition before the concerned Magistrate within a period of one month from today.
