PRAYER :- To cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the first respondent/accused in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14180 of 2020 dt.7.12.2020 and pass such other orders as this Honble Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the first respondent/accused in Crl.OP.(MD). No.14180 of 2020 dated 07.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after granting anticipatory bail to the first respondent in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.14180 of 2020, he has indulged in further crime, for which, a case has been registered in Crime No.106 of 2020 on the file of the Mandaiyur Police Station.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the case registered in Crime No.106 of 2020 on the file of the Mandaiyur Police Station has been closed as mistake of fact.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer to direct the respondent police to file final report.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 17/09/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
