ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 21.07.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.1810 of 2010.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent in the contempt petition has produced calculation Memo to the effect that the writ petitioner is entitled to Rs.7,66,399/- till 31.03.2011, the date on which the scheme was closed. However, the cheque is dated 10.06.2024 and therefore, for the period between 01.04.2011 and 09.06.2024 she is entitled to interest.
3. A perusal of the orders of this Court reveals that, no orders have been passed for interest subsequent to the closing of the Scheme. Therefore, it is for the writ petitioner to work out her remedy by sending another representation to the respondents herein and there is no violation of the orders of this Court.
4. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. 10.06.2024 2/4
