This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the State would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and ultimately, it has been concluded that the dispute is of civil in nature and both parties are directed to approach the civil Court.
