ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims to have suffered crop loss. He therefore wants the insurance amount to be paid to him. In cases such as this the District Collector concerned will have to take a call in the matter. The petitioner has given a representation dated 11.07.2022 in this regard. The second respondent shall enquire into the matter and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
