This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.199 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thattarmadam Police Station, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.199 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thattarmadam Police Station, Thoothukudi District, has been completed and the complaint has already been closed on 31.12.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
