ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For Clarification" at the instance of the Registry. 2.This Court, by order dated 25.01.2023, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the said order has been inadvertently typed as if this petition has been dismissed as withdrawn and the certified copy of the order has been despatched on 06.02.2023. Thereafter, for the second time, the earlier order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner has been typed and despatched on 21.02.2023. Now, the same has been brought to the knowledge of this Court.
