ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 and A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.9 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused along with others harassed the de-facto complainant demanding more dowry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the de-facto complainant has filed H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 against the first accused seeking for restitution of conjugal rights and as per the direction of this court, both parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and when the first petitioner/A1 expressed his willing for reunion, she refused is tis further submitted that A2 and A3 were already released on anticipatory bail by the court of Sessions.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram District and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further contiion that the first petitioner/A1 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further order and the second petitioner/A4 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
