Respondent/Respondent/Respondent PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the order in I.A.No.22of 2019 in T.C.T.P.No.11 of 2014 dated 01.11.2021 passed by the (Revenue Court) Special Sub Collector, Madurai and set aside the same as illegal and arbitrary.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, the counsel for 1/3

the petitioner seeks liberty to file appeal with condone delay application to condone the delay which is caused in preferring the appeal in respect of the period spent on this civil revision petition. This request may not be considered by this Court. It is for the appellate Court to consider the above said request.

2.With the above said observation and recording the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
