********** ` Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent.

2.This revision is filed against the order made in Crl.A.No.10 of 2024, dated 10.11.2025, on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Karur modifying the conviction under Section 324 and 325 IPC imposed by Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur in C.C.NO.685 of 2023, dated 11.12.2023, and sentencing the Petitioners to undergo three years simple imprisnment each with a fine of Rs.2000/- each in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for three months each under Section 324 of IPC.

3.The Petitioners have been sentenced for petty offence under Section 324 IPC. The Petitioners have no previous antecedents attributed against them. Considering the trivial nature of the offence and no previous antecedents against them, the Petitioners are exempted from surrendering, pursuant to the judgment made in Crl.A.No.10 of 2024, dated 10.11.2025, on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Karur, on the following conditions:

(i)each of the petitioners are directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like-sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court/learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Karur.;

(ii)The petitioners shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the revision. 4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 23.01.2026 NSC :Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No vsn/AP To 1.The District and Sessions Judge, Karur.
