Heard both sides.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents are harassing the petitioner by way of interfering with civil dispute relating to Door No.3/69 in O.S.No.6 of 2014 & RCOP No.3 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif and Melur and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on both sides and also considering the fact that only petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and for the purpose of avoiding enquiry purpose, the present petition has been filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
