PRAYER :- to extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition stipulated in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.14942 of 2019, dated 13.11.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.14942 of 2019, dated 13/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
