Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R8 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for R9.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents categorically states that they have nothing to do with the petition mentioned temple. It appears that there is some internal dispute and to give color of maintainability to the writ petition, the official respondents appear to have been added. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government 2/6

Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the ninth respondent Temple, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
