ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1, A2 and A5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC and section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.105 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the wife of the first petitioner/A1 and the petitioners 2 and 3/A2 and A5 are in-laws of the de-facto complainant and all the accused harassed the de-facto complainant by demanding more dowry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that earlier the matter was referred to mediation centre, but the medication could not succeed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that A1 is the husband of the de-facto complainant and after marriage, all accused harassed the de-facto complainant by demanding more dowry.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners, dated 04.09.2014 is made regular.
