ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498A of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case against the petitioners is that the defacto complainant married the 1st petitioner and from the date of their marriage, on the instigation of other petitioners, the 1st petitioner demanded more dowry and made harassment to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.It appears that it is matrimonial dispute between the parties and based on the complaint no case has been registered till now.
