ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction directing the first respondent to refer the complaint dated 28.07.2015 in person to the second respondent for registration as well as investigation in accordance with law and conclude the same without any delay and lay the final report forthwith.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.sde) appearing for the State. 3.A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner would show that there is no prima facie case made out to register the complaint as sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
