ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai to consider the bail application on the same day on the surrender of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.454 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2.The petitioner is an accused for offence under Sections 294 (b), 324, 341, 355 and 506(i) of I.P.C r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act.

3.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side. The materials available on record were also perused. 4.Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on merits and pass appropriate order on the same day of his surrender.
