O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the compliant dated 12.01.2018 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 447, 427, 465, 468, 471 I.P.C. and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.4 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 109, 447, 427, 294(b), 506(2) IPC and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992, on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
