This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to take necessary action and conclude the investigation based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2024 and 18.12.2024 with complaint receipt Nos.5422 and 5874 within the stipulated period by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in C.No.P4/46010/679/2024 dated 05.01.2025 advicing the parties to approach the civil Court seeking for remedy.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 28.01.2025 NCC :
