ORDER

This writ petition challenges the impugned notice issued under Section 111 Cr.P.C., dated 25.08.2022, which required the petitioner to furnish security for a sum of Rs.10,000/- for keeping peace for a period one year from the date of receipt of this said notice. 2.The said period itself now expired with August 2023 and as such, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition. If there is any fresh breach of peace, it is open for the respondents to issue fresh notice, if they are entitled to, in accordance with the law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
