ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to disconnect the Electricity connection No. 3420191106 in Door No.105F, Old Banumathi Theatre, now functioning as Sri Banu Biruthavan drive-in-garden restaurant at Palayamkottai Road West, Tuticorin - 628 008, on petitioner's petition, dated 06.01.2025.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter is under adjudication before the Civil Court. That being so, there is no occasion for the petitioner to approach this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at this point of time, as the matter is sub judice before the Civil Court.
3. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. 26.02.2025 NCC :
