To call for the records and set aside the fair and decretal order made in I.A.No.74 of 2016 in O.S.No.98 of 2008 on the file of the Learned Sub Court, Periyakulam, Theni District dated 13.03.2017 and allow the instant Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SHANKAR GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in supporting affidavit, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by allowing this petition on cost. Accordingly, this petition shall stand allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Service Authority, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
